Recipe: Raw Vegan Tacos

TACO MEAT INGREDIENTS:      

2 cups

Organic Walnuts        

2

Heads of Romaine Lettuce      

1 1/2 tbsp

Cumin          

1 tbsp

Coriander          

2 tbsp

Balsamic Vinegar        

1 tbsp

Coconut Aminos (soy sauce alternative)      

Dash

Paprika          

Dash

Garlic Powder        

Dash

Black Ground Pepper        

Dash

Sea Salt          

           
GARNISH INGREDIENTS:

Haas Avocados        

1

Cherry Tomatoes (1 small pack)      

1

Lime          

1/2 tbsp

Dried Parsley Flakes        

pinch

Black Ground Pepper        
             
DIRECTIONS:          
TACO MEAT & GARNISH:

Combine all taco meat ingredients in a food processor.

Pulse several times until crumbly (don’t overblend).

Spread the walnut taco meat evenly on the romaine leaves making
  enough for 2 to 4 servings.

Garnish with chopped cherry tomatoes, haas avocados, pinch of Black
  Ground Pepper, dried Parsley Flakes, Lime juice and serve..
