I say this a lot and this morning I want to say it again; “You can’t heal what you can’t feel”. Today muster up the strength and courage to think on things that are uncomfortable for you. Sit with it in order to allow the healing to emerge. In order to honestly deal and move past issues, you have to not resist feeling these things. We all have things that we need to heal and painful experiences or situations that have impacted our lives in a negative way. Whether or not you are at a point where you can understand the importance and necessity of healing these issues, they do need healing. If you desire to have healthy relationships with yourself and others, feeling and healing is necessary. Emotional Freedom requires you to get hands on with yourself and get down and dirty. Get down and dirty!
