All the things you want to do, the thinking you want to change, the actions you want to no longer partake in; DO, CHANGE,SHIFT, put into practice all the tools from your tool box. You didn’t gain them just to store them in case of emergency. Use them on a daily basis. The more you activate the tools, the easier it is to recall them and the stronger you become.
