We have heard the saying, it takes a village to a raise a child but it also takes community to assist in mindfulness. Being mindful and conscious of your everyday living takes patience, courage and consistency. The more support we have around us to do so, the easier it is to stay planted in our seat of awareness, mindfulness and consciousness.
