What You Need:
1/2 Red Pepper
1 Small Red Onion
Chicken or Vegetable Stock
Step 1: Chop and season your veggies. I used Pink Himalayan Sea Salt, white pepper and crushed red pepper.
Step 2 Saute everything with Olive Oil.
Add your stock (How much you use depends on how thick you want your soup)
Once cooked down take an immersion hand blender or regular blender and puree to your liking.
