DIRECTIONS: | ||||||
TACO MEAT & GARNISH: | ||||||

Combine all taco meat ingredients in a food processor. | |||||

Pulse several times until crumbly (don’t overblend). | |||||

Spread the walnut taco meat evenly on the romaine leaves making | |||||
enough for 2 to 4 servings. | ||||||

Garnish with chopped cherry tomatoes, haas avocados, pinch of Black | |||||
Ground Pepper, dried Parsley Flakes, Lime juice and serve.. |
