Eat Well: Hudson Valley Ground Duck w/ Sweet and Sour Red Cabbage


Ground Duck or any ground meat of your choice
Small head of red cabbage
One tablespoon of Apple Cider Vinegar
Celtic Sea Salt
White Pepper
Chicken Stock
Sauté garlic and shallots in Olive Oil
Add ground duck and brown (season to taste)
In a separate pan, sauté red cabbage in olive oil, salt and pepper, garlic
Add chicken stock and apple cider vinegar and let it cook down until tender  At the last minute, add a few drops of Nu Naturals non-alcohol stevia
Add the cabbage to ground duck and serve!!!
