The Seed Feeds: Okra Chips

Growing up,  I didn’t like Okra at all.  It was way too slimy for my liking.  These chips are baked to a crisp perfection with no sign of slime.

What’cha Need

1lb Okra

Olive Oil

Maldon sea salt

¼ tsp Red Pepper Flakes

What’cha Do

Cut Okra in half, lengthwiseIn a bowl add okra slithers, olive oil, pepper flakes and toss

In a bowl add okra, olive oil, red pepper flakes and toss making sure to coat the okra generously.

Line a shallow baking pan with parchment paper and place okra on the pan. Drizzle with more olive oil and sprinkle with a little more salt on.

Bake 400 degrees until crisped to your liking…I do about 10-15min
