I’ve shared this recipe before but I love it so much, I wanted to share again! It’s such an easy go-to recipe!
What Cha’ Need
2tbl Olive Oil
6 Cups of Kale
What Cha’ Do
Saute Mushrooms in Butter until golden and tender( 4-5min)
Add Kale and saute until soft
Reduce heat to medium. Add greens and water. Cook, stirring, until greens wilt. Add unsalted butter, and stir until melted.
Push greens to make wells. Crack 1 egg into each. Season with salt. Cook for 4 minutes. Let stand until whites are set but yolks are still runny, about 4 minutes.
